H.R. 218 Retiree Qualification: One Morning / $75
As a service to the retired officers from around the country who have moved here to Florida, we offer the H.R. 218 Retiree Qualification.  If you live in Florida, you can qualify here with our  Certified FDLE / CJSTC Instructor and receive the card you need to show proficiency with the type of weapon you will be carrying.  For retired law enforcement officers, and those retirees who had arrest authority in their career, you may carry around the country with your retiree credentials and a card stating you qualified within the last 12 months.  Otherwise, you need a CCW Permit.  Not all states recognized our states CCW permit. *This course is taught by an independent CJSTC Certified Instructor.*
Ammunition Required: Ammunition and target required to qualify once are i
ncluded in the course fees.
Additional Equipment: Handgun, Holster, and at least Two Loading Devices No Ammunition is allowed in the Classroom. Weapons must be brought to the range unloaded and encased.

"G" License Course (Florida Armed Security Guard Certification): Three Day / $295

In accorance with Florida Chapter 493, Class "G" license armed security officers are required to complete 28 hours of classroom and range instruction under the direction of a Class "K" licensed instructor.  Day One and Day Two are conducted as 10-hour classroom days. Day Three includes 4 hours of classroom plus 4 hours of range instruction and final qualification at our firearms training facility.  Graduates that are issued a Florida Class "G" license must return once per year to complete annual re-qualification to retain their license.

Ammunition Required: Minimum 150 rounds.
Prerequisites: According to Florida Law, you must be over the age of 21, a Florida resident, with no criminal convictions.
Additional Equipment: Baseball cap (with rim to deflect ejected brass casing), notebook and pen, duty holster with loader / magazine pouches. The class requires use of a .38 revolver, .357 revolver, or 9mm semi-automatic pistol along plus (3+) speed loaders or magazines. Students possessing their own firearm may use them on the range. Those students who do not have their own firearm may rent a firearm from the range. All weapons brought to the course will be subject to a safety inspection prior to live fire.
No Ammunition is allowed in the Classroom. Weapons must be brought to the range unloaded and encased.
 
"G" License Requalification Course: Four Hours / $125
The State of Florida requires that all Florida Licensed G" Armed Security Officers re-qualify at least once per year with the type of handgun they carry on duty. Students that successfully re-qualify in this 4-hour class will be given proof of re-qualification to provide to the State to maintain their Class "G" license. This course is a combination of classroom instruction and on-range qualification.

We can dispatch a remote location training team (RLT) to your department to work with your personnel, fine tuning their Handgun, Carbine and Shotgun techniques. This is a perfect way to get your team / personnel ready for yearly or bi-yearly qualifications. Pricing is based on location, number of students, and time, number of instructors, and number of SO’s required.
